Services and pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting prices for the size tiers and services listed on our pricing page. Final pricing may vary based on your dog's size, coat condition, matting, behavior, and any add-on services requested. We will discuss any change before performing extra work.
Appointments and cancellations
Appointments can be requested online, by phone, or in person, and walk-ins are accepted when time allows.

Vaccinations and health
Current proof of rabies vaccination is required for all dogs prior to grooming. Bordetella is strongly encouraged for dogs that visit parks, daycare, or boarding facilities. You agree to disclose any medical condition, injury, allergy, or behavioral issue that could affect your dog's groom.
Matting and humane care
Severely matted coats may require a short clip for the dog's comfort and safety. De-matting carries risk of nicks, irritation, or exposing pre-existing skin conditions. We always choose the humane option and will discuss it with you when possible.
Behavior and refusal of service
We reserve the right to stop or refuse a groom if a dog's behavior makes it unsafe for the pet or our staff. Charges may apply for time spent.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, and most major credit and debit cards, along with Apple Pay. Payment is due at pickup.
Photography
We may photograph groomed pets for our gallery and social media. Let us know if you prefer that we not use photos of your dog.
